What the commission does not buy

Does Peptara Labs give refunds if a vial does not match its certificate?
Peptara Labs puts its guarantee at 60 days from delivery on its trust page, read 2026-09-01: inside that time, a result from any outside laboratory that disagrees with the certificate, or an order that went wrong, earns a full refund. Which lab does Peptara Labs send its batches to?
For every batch, Peptara Labs names its testing laboratory as Titreon Analytical, described by Peptara Labs as a third-party laboratory whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not itself accredited. Separately, four endotoxin reports from Janoshik, a second laboratory, are published there with a verification key on each.
